STEN COMMUNITY

Streamers and viewers.
One place to learn.

Get practical help, compare stream setups and share feedback with STEN. Discord is our preferred community hub, with clear spaces for streamers and viewers.

The invitation opens our STEN Discord community. Use the guides for setup steps and email for personal or business questions.

A COMMUNITY WITH A PURPOSE

Useful questions.
Practical answers.

One community for setup questions, practical feedback and product discussion, whether you stream or support someone who does.

01 / STREAMERS

Build a working stream setup.

Discuss account setup, receiving wallets, OBS browser sources, alert styling and test results. Explain the scene and settings you use so others can understand the problem. Keep your private overlay URL out of public posts.

Start with the setup guide →
02 / VIEWERS

Understand before approving.

Ask how to find a streamer's donation link, choose Solana (SOL) or STEN coins, leave SOL for fees and check a transaction result. The guides explain the payment steps without assuming you already know how a wallet works.

03 / EVERYONE

Make product feedback useful.

Share what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Device, browser, wallet and exact error details make feedback actionable. The STEN team is the contact for product-specific questions; other participants can exchange their own experiences.

BEFORE YOU SHARE

Useful support starts with safe information.

What should I include in a support request?

Describe the task, the step where it stopped and the exact message. Add the date, time, device, browser, wallet and selected asset if relevant. A public transaction signature helps distinguish an actual transfer from an overlay issue. Remove personal information, recovery details and private URLs from screenshots.

What if somebody asks me to connect a wallet for support?

Do not approve an unexpected transaction or reveal your recovery phrase to obtain support. Check requests through the contact information on this website. An unsolicited direct message, a copied profile name or a promise of a refund does not verify the sender.

Can the community resolve a wallet safety warning?

Other users can share their experience, but a vote or a successful small payment does not establish safety. Stop at the warning and ask the STEN team to identify its type, cause and current status. Follow the wallet warning guide before attempting another payment.

Who handles my question, and when?

The STEN team is the contact for product and account questions. Community members may share practical experience. Use email when the question contains personal details. The team can direct your question to the appropriate support route.
